What does Proghold Investment actually do?

We hold and manage a portfolio of technology businesses across several sectors, providing oversight and support to the management teams of each company. Our role is to help those businesses grow steadily by offering strategic guidance and shared resources.

Which sectors does your portfolio cover?

Our holdings span software development, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, cybersecurity and related technology services. We look for businesses in these areas that have a clear product and a solid team, rather than chasing whatever happens to be fashionable.

How do you decide which companies to bring into the portfolio?

We assess each opportunity on its own merits: the strength of the management team, the durability of its revenue, the fit with our existing holdings and the potential for steady, long-term growth. There is no fixed formula, but we are not in the habit of making rushed decisions.

What kind of support do you provide to the companies you hold?

Support is tailored to each business. It can include help with financial planning, recruitment at senior level, introductions to partners and customers, and a sounding board for major strategic calls. We do not interfere in day-to-day operations.

Proghold Investment is a trading name of Progressive Technology Solutions Holdings Limited, which is registered in England and Wales. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, as we manage our own portfolio rather than offering investment services to the public.
